DayZ: Server offline, neues Update kommt in Kürze [Update]

Die Server von DayZ-Standalone sind aktuell offline und Projektleiter Dean Hall und sein Entwicklerteam bereiten die Veröffentlichung eines neuen Updates vor. Welche Änderungen allerdings genau kommen, ist bisher noch nicht bekannt.

Update:

Mittlerweile sind die DayZ-Server wieder erreichbar und auch die offiziellen Patch-Notes wurden zu Update 0.47 veröffentlicht. Insgesamt wurden vier neue Waffen eingefügt, dazu zählen die AK101, die CR 527, die Makarov-Pistole sowie das PM 73 RAK. Außerdem könnt ihr in Chernarus ab sofort Zelte finden. Das neue Wegfindungs-System der Zombies sowie das neue Spawn-System sind laut den offiziellen Patch-Notes, die ihr unterhalb dieser Meldung findet, noch nicht aktiviert.

Gute Nachrichten für DayZ-Spieler! Wie Projektleiter Dean Hall auf Twitter mitgeteilt hat, seien aktuell die Server des Survival-Titels offline und man bereite derzeit die Veröffentlichung eines neuen Stable-Updates vor. Welche Inhalte der Patch mit sich bringt kann bisher nur gemutmaßt werden, da das Entwicklerteam dazu noch keine konkreten Informationen veröffentlicht hat. Es besteht allerdings die Möglichkeit, dass einige experimentelle Inhalte ihren Weg in den Patch finden.

Dazu könnte etwa das neue Wegfindungs-System der Zombies gehören, womit die Untoten nicht mehr länger durch Wände glitchen sollten. Außerdem dürfte das neue Loot-System für alle Spieler zugänglich gemacht werden. Bisher spawnte Loot zum Server-Restart, mithilfe des neuen Systems sollen Items hingegen auch zufällig gespawnt werden.

Wir werden diese News aktualisieren, sobald das Update mitsamt der offiziellen Patch-Notes erschienen ist.

Known issues:

  • Player can in rare circumstances enter a state in which they cannot attack and must relog
  • Character may temporarily enter a frozen state when throwing (resolved a few seconds)
  • Melee targeting is off in some situations
  • Players can in some circumstances experience slight desync with server
  • Dynamic server events are temporarily disabled
  • Backpacks rearrange after reconnection
  • Players restrained while unconscious remained restrained until reconnection (after awaking)
  • Persistent items & storage are disabled server side pending hot fix to stable branch
